Acts 2:38 “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”

A Gift is translated as something that is offered and accepted without terms or condition, implying the act of receiving. The Gift is not complete until a person receives what was freely given to him.

A gift is your state of receiving. We will know you have received the gift by seeing the manifestation; there is a certain situation, character and things will spring up in you. People will begin to see that you like to pray, read the Bible, go to Church and in that manner, you allow the Holy Spirit to grow in you.

Child of God, if you believe, be diligent to receive the Holy Spirit and you will get there where you desire to go.
