DAILY DEVOTION.
With Apostle and Prophet Josephat Elias Mwingira, Efatha Church.
Isaiah 43:26 “Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.”
Do not go before God without an understandable reason and refrain from lodging complaints. In every prayer you pray, God has prepared angels to carry it out but first He looks at what you say. If your behavior is immoral, the devil has the right to resist your prayers. However, the devil cannot oppose them if they are asked for with faith and by a righteous person.
When you pray about marriage, explain your legitimacy in that marriage, if it is a marriage that is not Biblically valid, then your prayers are meaningless; they become like noise before the Lord. Lack of confidence in prayer is due to sin; it is like a child who has erred, as he is afraid to ask his parent for his needs because he realizes he has wronged him. Weak prayers come from sin and wrongdoing.
It is good to have a habit of studying the Word of God so that you have prayers with a divine touch. When you pray, it means you want what you want from Him, because God is the Giver; so you have your share of it.
Sons and daughters of God, you will receive the answers to your prayers if you pray in a thoughtful and rational way.
