WHEN YOU ENCOUNTER THINGS, WHO DO YOU GO TO?

DAILY DEVOTION.
With, Apostle and Prophet Josephat Elias Mwingira- Efatha Church.
There are things that happen in a person’s life without him knowing, those things may be good or bad but he does not understand what is going on.
When a person experiences bad things, he associates God and everyone, but when he experiences good things, he does not associate them with God.
Where did you go when you experienced good things? After you have found your fiancee, did you go to God and thank Him? Or where did you go after your wedding? Did you go to your honeymoon or to the Church to celebrate with God? Few people first turn to the Lord after receiving a blessing, and many married people are content to spend their lives with their spouses without giving thanks to God.
After buying a vehicle, home, or other asset, how did you move forward? Some called friends to celebrate, some invited the pastor to open or sanctify the house, and so on. But who took a knee and gave thanks to God for all those blessings? When His people achieve success for which they have no words of gratitude, God remains to be surprised.
Whatever it may be that it is a good or bad thing, the Bible says in the Psalms 136:1 “O give thanks unto the LORD; for He is good: for His mercy endureth for ever.”
