Are you able to be silent? If you are able to do so, please refrain from saying anything improper. If not, you can find yourself in poverty or even find it difficult to get into Heaven. Your Yes should be Yes and your No should be No. That is how you will win your mouth.

You can conquer your body and anything if you can control your mouth. If not, you will be unable to control your body or mind, so illnesses, mental problems, and even the environment will bother you. However, if you are able to control your mouth, you have conquered everything.
