Guard your salvation

DAILY DEVOTION.
Apostle and Prophet Josephat Elias Mwingira, Efatha Church.
November 21st, 2023.
Matthew 24:3-12 “Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?………”
Matthew 24:10-13 “And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved.”
Love in Christ is not motivated because it is the law of the heart. You do not need to be motivated to love another because if you are born of God (saved) and Jesus is in you, love should be your character and it is not a matter of deciding which one you love and which one you do not love because it is God’s creation, so you do not need to be encouraged to love.
You may have been Saved, coming to Church and getting offended because of what is happening, don’t look at that because Salvation is yours and Jesus is yours. When you go to Church, don’t look at other people’s behavior because some may be present in Church to mislead others so that they fail to reach eternal life.
Even when Jesus was here on earth Judas was there, so even in the Church there will be people who will not share eternal life. What is your goal in going to Church? Protect your salvation and guard it to the end because the Bible says that he who will endure to the end will be saved.
